Packaging

At "VASANTH PACKAGE", we manufacture all sorts of corrugated boxes from Broad Flute, Narrow Flute, Micro Flute, Printed etc., this firm has all facilities from Corrugation to Packing under one roof, where all the process gets completed under superiors supervision, there no possibility for quality related issues and delivery of defected goods. It’s almost an decade and steping into the next decade with lots of hope for development, we are moving towards automation, not to reduce man power, but to let our employees work with ease to get increased production and to deliver goods on time. Corrugation

When it comes to corrugation segment, we have the facility to manufacture all Flute types like Broad, Narrow and Micro. We make sure, the liners are made by maintaining perfect temperature and with adequate gum flow. This process is much monitored as it is the basic segment which ensures the quality of the boxes.

Pasting

In our pasting segment, to produce consistent quality and to increase our production, we have erected Fully – Automated 5 Ply flute laminator machine from abroad country, with this we have increased our production capacity and could deliver consistent quality at the same time.

Finishing

Next to pasting process, we have semi–automated machinery line up and a team of experienced employees, to craft your packaging requirement, which meets your expectations. Finished cartons are bundled and stacked in our warehouse for delivery. we assure zero defect product as the cartons are handpicked for packing and very less waste percentage while processing.
